More than 100 authors take the stage at the SAMPE Europe Conferences. They contain high-quality technical articles that focus on challenging applications in advanced composite materials and their processes. In the accompanying exhibition, some 30 sponsor companies present their most recent innovations. Delegates from more than 25 countries are expected.
As a selected candidate during the SAMPE Benelux student meeting earlier this year, PhD researcher Sofie Verstraete (KU Leuven) presented the work i.v.m. structural bonding of bio-fiber filled composites that was carried out within the ATHENS project for a jury of experts in the field.
